Our 1957 pink-tiled bathroom is a real showplace, assuming you love its authentic mid-century modern vibe. But, while the rest of the room looking vintage was cool, the furnace register cover looking vintage was a buzz kill.
Off to Menards for a replacement! But first...
Tools required? Stuff even I know how to use. How about those rust stains on the vinyl floor? It's a good idea to measure the register cover you intend to replace before you head to the store. Some of the old covers don't match the standard sizes available today.
Nice. Now I've got a hole in the floor, but a fresh cover makes the whole world, or at least our pink bathroom, look new again!
