Country School: One Room – One Nation will be showcased at the Steamboat Rock Schoolhouse, 308 Market Street, Steamboat Rock, Iowa on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. This special program is sponsored by the Steamboat Rock Historical Society and is free to the public.
The award-winning documentary, produced by husband and wife filmmaking team Kelly and Tammy Rundle, was shot in Iowa, Kansas, Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois. When the Rundles were in need of photographs for the project, Steamrock Historical Society's Terry Folkerts stepped forward with his personal collection. Several of his images are featured in the documentary.
